Before

One morning, Rattata made pancakes for the Pokemon that were awake in the gym. After eating, he decided to go for a walk in Viridian Forest. However, he fell into a hole. Being too short to get out of the hole, Rattata was stuck. He refused any help he was offered, however. After being stuck for a short while, a passing trainer kicked a rock into the hole that Rattata was in, hitting him in the head. This briefly knocked him out.

Climax

When he woke up, Whiskers' memory failed him. He did not know where he was, or who he was. He was unaware that he had fallen into a hole, but did want to go somewhere else. MetaLucario found him and brought him back to the gym. Umbreon then took advantage of the situation. He convinced Rattata that he was a Nidoking, and had to destroy the city. The citizens would be expecting this attack, and if Whiskers did not go, they would set fire to the gym. Rattata took off running in a panic, while Buizels chased him and Umbreon laughed. Buizels soon brought Rattata back to the gym, and he snapped out of his bout of amnesia.
